Canadian Customers

We ship all orders to Canada from our warehouse via UPS which means orders are insured and trackable. Transit times vary, but do not exceed more than 14 business days.

CANADIAN SHIPMENT RESTRICTIONS: We are not able to ship products over 150 watts to Canada due to export restrictions. If a product is affected by this restriction, this information will be visible on the individual product pages for affected items.

DID YOU KNOW? If you have never purchased outside of Canada, you may not be aware that duties and taxes are payable on most items imported into Canada.

These additional fees, which vary depending on weight and size, are NOT included in the UPS shipping charges at time of order. Instead, they are assessed by UPS at time of importation. Consequently, we are unable to deterine what these fees might be.

Please be aware that shipping charges will not be refunded to customers who refuse shipments due to importation fees.
