Canadian Customers

We ship all orders to Canada from our warehouse via UPS which means orders are insured and track-able. Transit times vary, but do not exceed more than 14 business days.

CANADIAN SHIPMENT RESTRICTIONS: We are not able to ship products over 150 watts to Canada due to export restrictions. If a product is affected by this restriction, this information will be visible on the individual product pages for affected items.

Also, due to import duties, etc (see below for more info) we are not able to honor free shipping promotions that we do from time to time.

DID YOU KNOW? If you have never purchased outside of Canada, you may not be aware that brokerage fees, duties and taxes are payable on most items imported into Canada.

These additional fees, which vary depending on weight and size, are NOT included in the UPS shipping charges at time of order. Instead, they are assessed by UPS at time of importation. As a result, these fees are not included at the time you place your order.

Please be aware that shipping charges will not be refunded to customers who refuse shipments due to importation fees.
